Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  7. Close the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Do a quick release and remove the beef patties.
  9. Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir into the gravy to thicken.
