Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked Easter eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and celery. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, bread crumbs, and butter. Pour over the ham and egg mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
