Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, oregano, basil, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  3. Sprinkle chopped parsley on a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the parsley to coat.
  4. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
