Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, separated

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

- Sift in the cake flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold gently into the egg yolk mixture.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched lightly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar and carefully invert the cake onto it. Peel off the parchment paper and roll the cake along with the towel from the short end. Let cool completely.
