Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form into small meatballs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and peppers in the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
