Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel. Crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
