Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package whipped topping mix
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
