  • 1 bag (10 ounces) corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
  2. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle chili seasoning, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir to incorporate the seasonings.
