Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
