Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 manicotti shells
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Directions
