- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice, cooled
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 green onions, sliced

- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
