Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup ouzo
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
