Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
