Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil.
  3. Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and add a slice of provolone cheese to the center.
