Ingredients

  • 1 pound squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.
