Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp achiote paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano

Directions
- In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, garlic, achiote paste, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
