Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp achiote paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas, for serving

Directions
