Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped bamboo shoots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  2. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and garlic to the pan, and cook until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Remove shrimp from the pan and chop into small pieces.
