Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala.
