- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 pound sausage, casing removed
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
