Ingredients
- 3 cups rice crispy cereal
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Directions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rice crispy cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased pie dish and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the rice crispy pie.
- Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and let it set for 1 hour before serving.
