Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the catfish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the catfish fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
