- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced green and red bell peppers, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, milk, and egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatloaf, and then place the slices of pepperoni over the cheese.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the pepperoni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
