Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the cold diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
