Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
- 2 teaspoons butter
Directions
- Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and egg in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture resembles custard.
- Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and walnuts. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch pan.
- Mix 1/4 cup butter, custard powder, confectioners' sugar, and milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
- Melt chocolate and 2 teaspoons butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over custard layer and refrigerate until set.
