- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the turkey breast on a cutting board and slice it horizontally, keeping the two halves attached.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the mushrooms, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms release their liquid and start to brown.

- Transfer the rolled turkey breast onto a baking dish.

- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and golden brown on top.
