Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the lobster tails. Using kitchen shears, cut the shell on the top side of the tail and gently pull it apart to expose the meat. Remove the meat from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns opaque and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the wine has reduced slightly.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat the pasta through.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the Lobster Pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
  10. Enjoy this gourmet seafood delight!
