Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced

- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
- Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, sliced celery, and minced garlic to the Instant Pot. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- Add the thinly sliced cabbage, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried thyme, dried oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
