Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
