Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 1 cup guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the spice mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in to coat both sides.

  11. Cover with the top half of the bun.
