Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
