Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup kimchee, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
