Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
