Ingredients

  • 1 box of lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of chopped mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well and set aside.
