Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
