Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice, chilled
  • 2 Chinese sausages, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the Chinese sausages and cook until browned and heated through, about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  10. Pour the sauce over the rice and sausage mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
