Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
