Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 lb imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions
