Ingredients

  • 4 calamari steaks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
