Ingredients

  • 4 slices of your favorite bread (such as ciabatta or sourdough)
  • 4 ounces of brie cheese, sliced
  • 8 slices of cooked turkey breast
  • 4 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, softened

Directions

  1. Preheat a panini press or a grill pan.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. On the non-buttered side of two bread slices, spread 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Layer 2 slices of turkey on top of the cranberry sauce on each of the two bread slices.
  5. Arrange the sliced brie cheese on top of the turkey slices.
  6. Cover each sandwich with the remaining two bread slices, buttered side facing outward.
  7. Place the sandwiches on the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  8. Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side until the bread is crispy and the cheese is ooey-gooey.
