- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.
- Add the cold butter pieces and egg to the flour mixture, using a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Press 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and set aside the remaining dough for the topping.
- In a separate bowl, toss the blueberries with 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until well coated.
- Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
- Crumble the reserved dough over the top of the blueberries.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling.
