Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy
  • 4 slices of Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup arugula

Directions
