Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced water chestnuts

- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center.
