Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced water chestnuts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center.
  4. Dip your finger in water and run along the edges of the wrapper, then fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and shrimp mixture.
  6. Place the wontons on the prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
