Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the asparagus onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
  5. Serve warm.
