Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
- Serve warm.
