These chili-lime shrimp fajitas are a vibrant and flavorful twist on classic fajitas. Juicy shrimp marinated in a zesty chili-lime sauce, grilled to perfection, and served with colorful bell peppers and onions on warm tortillas.


  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, cilantro, salsa


  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, lime juice, and garlic to make the marinade.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook until slightly charred and tender. Remove from pan.
  4. Add marinated shrimp to the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill pan. Fill each tortilla with shrimp, bell peppers, and onions.
