These ribs are truly the world's best! Tender meat that falls off the bone, coated in a delicious and tangy BBQ sauce. Perfect for a summer barbecue or any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  4. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the BBQ sauce.
  6. Turn the oven up to 400°F and bake the ribs, uncovered, for another 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
