Ingredients

  • 1 package of soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup of kimchi
  • 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Korean red chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Directions

  1. In a pot, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
