Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the filling is smooth and well combined.
