Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced roast beef until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
