- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions
