Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) extra firm tofu
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 burger buns
  • Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, etc.)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
